Our Wedding

10 years dating, 5 years married, 1 big party

Surprise, we’re already married! On August 29, 2021, we had a small, intimate wedding in New York. With Covid still ongoing, we weren’t able to travel home and celebrate. Now, five years later, on our exact wedding date, we’re finally bringing everyone together. We can’t wait to celebrate with our Dutch, Swedish, and American friends and have an unforgettable time together.

When should I RSVP?

Kindly RSVP by June 1st so we can finalize our plans. The boat on Sunday has limited capacity, so we encourage you to respond as early as possible to secure your spot.

Where should I stay?

If you’d like to stay near the wedding, feel free to book wherever feels right for you. You’ll find hotel recommendations on the hotel page.

Am I invited for the whole weekend?

Yes, you are! Since we’re rarely in the Netherlands, we’d love to make a full weekend of it with you. The 29th is the main celebration. All other events are completely optional, so please join whichever events you’d like. Just let us know in your RSVP.

Is there a dresscode?

We'd love for you to shine as well! Find inspiration on the dresscode page. Just no white or cream colors please.

Wedding gift?

Your presence means everything to us, so please don’t feel any pressure to bring a gift.If you’d still like to give something, we value meaning over anything else. A handwritten note, a shared memory or experience. If you wish, a small contribution toward a future dinner, drink, or our honeymoon is always appreciated.

Can I bring a +1 or my children?

To keep our celebration intimate, this will be an adults-only wedding. We’re only able to host the guests named on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
